The company “AcTrade Soft”, established by pedagogue, human rights activist, businessman Tigran Sargsyan, has more than 70 employees today. The company offers services with the cost from 50 thousand drams to 50 thousand euros. Successfully combining the profession of a teacher and lawyer, Sargsyan emphasizes: business needs legal support, and pedagogy legal awareness.

According to Sargsyan, the main problems affecting the quality of education are low salaries of teachers and the phenomena that have an impact on the formation of values among younger generation.

Tigran Sargsyan notes with sadness that today school graduates point out any profession in their professional orientation except pedagogy. “They do not see the pedagogue as a successful person, good specialist, and pedagogy as a promising job,” he says.
