Armenia in the center of hacker

There are many hackers in Azerbaijan who constantly hack and block Armenian websites and accounts of Armenian users. The damage is certainly visible, but, as mentions media expert Samvel Martosyan, Azerbaijanis are the most "unable" hackers.

"The reality is much worse, and they are not the biggest problem". There are underground  hacker groups who commit serious cybercrimes",- says media expert.
